VoiceClair handles sensitive call data for health and wellness practices across Canada. Here's exactly where it's hosted, how it's protected, how long it's kept, and how it's used.
VoiceClair's infrastructure runs on AWS Canada (Central). Call audio, transcripts, and appointment data are processed and stored on servers physically located in Canada β never routed through or stored on US-based infrastructure.
Call data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols:
Call recordings, transcripts, and booking data are retained only as long as necessary to deliver the service and support your practice's operational needs. Retention periods are configurable per practice, and data can be deleted on request in line with PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 requirements.
Your practice's call data β audio, transcripts, patient information β is never used to train underlying AI models, whether for VoiceClair or any third-party model provider. Your data stays yours, used only to operate your own AI receptionist.
We're happy to provide a Data Processing Agreement and answer specific security questions from your practice or IT team.
